Raised in a design-focused family, Zoë gained an early appreciation for art and design. Today she continues to explore other creative fields, such as printmaking (etching) and silversmithing, which enrich the technical and design strengths she brings to zga.
Building a foundation of knowledge and interest in the industry, Taran started out on the tools as a carpenter working for architectural builders throughout parts of Melbourne. After a number of years on site Taran has moved on to undertake studies at RMIT Architecture to further develop he’s skills and understanding of the industry. Taran brings a keen and positive attitude to zga while he aims to stay in touch with the realities of the architectural practice throughout he’s studies.
Grant studied architecture at both graduate and post-graduate levels at Deakin University and was heavily involved with practice related research activities. During this time he worked on a number of challenging projects exploring the potential of a digitally crafted architecture. The knowledge and skills developed gained through these projects was then transferred across to conventional architectural practice.
